I love me some functional art. And I love me some beautiful, dumb art.
What’s more beautiful, dumb, and functional than a mirror of bare-chested Prince that you can lovingly gaze at yourself in?

After wanting a cool mirror but not finding anything that was cool + not a bajillion $$$ online, I realized I had the skills + resources to try and make my own. I know digital illustration, I know how to run a laser cutter, + I had access to said laser machinery. The final push was talking to a friend about how much we mutually loved Sade and how much she influenced who we are now.

And thus, these mirrors that started as a cure to both my home decor shopping dissatisfaction and frugality became an art-y way of showcasing people I literally + figuratively see myself in.
(…Along with some plants I think are pretty thrown in for good measure, too.)
